I'm a Mascara Girl :)
Hi girls. I love mascaras. Mascara is one of the most common cosmetic items, and many women use it daily. Im totally a mascara person. And that also means that Im quite a lazy person to wear false lashes lol. But every girl needs mascara for daily life.. its just so easy to use. Just open the mascara, apply the wand on your lashes, re-apply it to get a dramatic look and here you are ready with your very own dramatic lashes.

In 1917, Eugene Rimmel, founder of Maybelline Cosmetics, created the first packaged cosmetic mascara. Produced from a blend of petroleum and black coal dust, the history of mascara began with a cake mascara that although reformulated, is still found today.

Everyone loves Maybelline!!! And yes its the most searched and popular mascara on google. Everyone loves Maybelline's vloume express mascara. I usually apply Maybelline over my MAC mascara and it really thickens my lashes. I use it alone when Im just going out for dinner and it never disappoints me. I bought this mascara from Malaysia. The sales girl recommended this mascara for me instead of the yellow volume colossal mascara.
Another product I have is by givenchy. You must be thinking about the fragrance right? Givenchy also has a range of cosmetics. I have their Givenchy extensions mascara. And the wand is so little and cute.. Its perfect for applying on your lower lashes as well as the inner side of upper eyelashes. It really thickens my lashes. However it dries out quickly. But still it was in the top 10 mascaras in a survey on an international beauty blog
My husband recently went to KL, Malaysia. And ofcourse I couldn't resist giving him the shopping list. I asked for some MAC products. I will show you guys in MAC haul. For this post, I will show you the new MAC's haute & naughty lash mascara. OMG!!! I just love this mascara.. It comes in a pretty packaging. I will call the pink lid as the haute lid, and the purple lid as the naughty lid!
Haute is for work, and naughty is for night!!
The mascara does not has two wands. Its just a single wand. The pink wand comes out of the purple wand and doesn't have soo much product on it.. So its much better for your lower lashes. you can also use it as a primer. You put it back in the mascara and than open the purple lid. Its comes out with more product on it and gives your lashes the thickness, the darkness the perfect naughtiness you want for your lashes. The naughty side gobs on the mascara and when I use it with Maybelline's volume express mascara it just looks really really amazing. It retails at a price of 19$ at there website.

Another product is Estee Lauder, its a high-end brand which is mostly famous for its lipsticks. They have got amazing lipcolors. I will review there mascaras. My cousin usually gets there mascara from US.

I only heard about the lash primers until I got this lash primer with the mascara. Thats why it is called double wear mascara. I pretty much like it. As for the primer, I dont think it has done any wonders on my lashes. Its just that we can satisfy ourselves by applying a lash primer thinking it will grab on more product from our mascara wand. But anyways, there mascara alone is better to do the job alone!
I have got the sumptuous and the magnascopic mascara. The sumptuous came along in the holiday gift set of ESL my hubby got from dubai. And the magnascopic is again a gift from my lovely cousin :) I find both of them pretty good. And as they are quite old now they have dried up much! But when they were young and fresh I couldnt think of getting any Maybelline :)
If you live in Karachi and you want to buy a good mascara, than Maybellines volume colossal is a good choice. And if someone is travelling abroad you can always ask for MAC haute & naughty lash. And if you want some really high-end product than Dior show mascara and Lancome have some amazing mascaras to offer! For those living abroad there are soon going to be xmas sale offers on all sephoras & drugstores.. *sigh* we dont have any sephora or drug store in Pakistan. but yes we have Naheed which is turning out to be a cosmetic lovers paradise :D

This is my first ever blog to the world of blogging. Since I'm not professional at writing blogs, so please forgive me if I wrote anything wrong & do give me a feedback for my blog.
Im here sharing my reviews about heels. Heels which give our feet such a pretty sharp angle and makes us look sexy and pretty as well. Any girl who is short or tall, slim or obese loves to wear heels, they maybe pencil heel or some wedges. Hollywood actresses are known to wear high-heels which later on becomes every girl's obsession.
According to Wikipedia:
"A heel is the projection at the back of a shoe which rests below the heel bone. The shoe heel is used to improve the balance of shoe or for decorative purpose."
Wikipedia knows anything you know :p
There are so many types of heels:
High heels, low heels, flat heels, wedges, stilettos, chunky heel, kitten heels, cone heels, spool etc.
My personal favourites are high heels and stilettos.
Actress Paris Hilton, Jessica Simpson, Fergie's heels are known world-wide. I have posted there heel images below.
And if you talk about insanely high heels than you can consider who can dare to wear such heels. Its Lady GaGa who can do anything crazy when it comes to her looks, her clothes or her shoes. She even got censored at American Idol for wearing shoes that resembled male genitals. lol. Below I have posted her wearing a 12" heel. And guess what? She fell wearing such high heels. lmao
The famous brands world-wide for providing such cool shoes every year are Guess, Gucci, Jessica Simpson, Manolo Blahnik, Nine West, Aldo, L.A.M.B., BCB Girls, Paris Hilton and above all Jimmy Choo!!!
As I will talk mainly about the products that are available in Pakistan, as the above mentioned brands are not so easy to get in our country. We do have some Guess and Gucci here but there is no franchise store here.
There's a shop opened in zamzama by the name of Peach, however they have the branded bags of Aldo, Nine West and Guess. However, they dont have the shoes of these brands.
So its quite difficult to get such branded shoes in our country. However some brands like VNC, Charm, Lark & Finch, Charles and Keith, HUB, Marie claire and Samia & Azmay are blessing for those who want to buy a good pair of heels.
Theres a sale going on Charm shoes and VNC as well.
You can find Charm at dolmen mall and at zamzama. VNC is only at Forum.
I have bought a pair of silver sandals from Charm for 2650rs at discounted price of 10%. The original price is of 2950/-
I bought a VNC wedge from bangkok, thailand for 750THB.
I also bought Nine West yayyy!! from bangkok. They were of 2250THB(im not sure but the price was above 2000THB and was on 70% discount)
I have Guess shoes which I bought from Malaysia some years ago. And they are for 10,000PKR.

My husband always say that when you are spending money for a pair of heels of 16-1700rs from any local store than why don't you buy a branded shoe that can last long and be comfortable. I go with his advise simply and never regret doing so :)
